Numbers matter. Especially for a non-profit social enterprise with a vision for a sustainable, healthy community. Still, it’s difficult to represent the numbers – and the possibilities they represent – in an interesting, digestible way. That’s where we come in.
We built an Electric Vehicle Adoption Calculator to help the Windfall Ecology Centre show what the adoption of electric vehicles could do for the environment and the economy. The calculator is meant for policy makers, educators, and other stakeholders; it’s interactive, and allows the user to account for various potential scenarios and variables.
The same numbers could be represented in a long, dry econometrics report, but let’s be honest – telling the stories within the data is much more fun.
